A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is required for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for laundry and dry cleaning services on an as and when required basis for the Canadian Armed Forces, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta. The Standing Offer will be effective from effective for a three (3) year term.
