Planification stratégique et Philantropique d'Espace LGBTQ+

Through this 29-month project, Espace LGBTQ+ will strengthen the capacity and networks of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. The project will focus on defining the organization’s strategic vision for the next years, inclusion for marginalized LGBTQ+ communities, and optimizing the organization’s communication tools and financial resources. The project will include developing a strategic plan, a communications strategy, and a philanthropic strategy to better meet the needs expressed by Espace LGBTQ+ member organizations while fostering connections, sharing, and dialogue among these organizations.
